  Bring a water bottle to rehydrate during the mid-session break.

Those below 5th Kyu (Yellow Belt) wishing to join this session should talk to an instructor.

Training for the upcoming Grading will focus on:

• Yellow – Kata Heian Sandan and Heian Yondan

• Orange – Kata Heian Yondan and Heian Godan

• Green – Kata Tekki Shodan and Jitte

• Blue – Kata Tekki Nidan and Empi

• Brown – Kata Tekki Nidan and Bassai Dai
